To Setup AEM you'll need only three wires.
12 Pin USB:
 
10 Pin Lead:
 
Through the telemetry wizard and enable and setup standard telemetry, but change the second item to MAP (ADCR02).
 
Choose AEMv1/2 from the TunerView Protocols menu
